Location is nice as well as the rooms however we got double charged for the service fee. We stayed for 3 nights and got charged 180 dollars which is the normal price however after we checked out we got charged another 180 dollars so in total 360 dollars.

Staff were amazing and the cafe in the lobby was delicious! I understand that it’s Chicago but I wish parking was included. Even if it makes the hotel more expensive. Overall 10/10 will come again.

The facility was lovely. Staff was kind BUT the bellman was rarely at his station. The area where our bags were kept were within eye sight BUT he was never there to take or give bags promptly. He was hopefully busy doing other things for staff and guests but this was a downside of our stay.
