A bed in a good area, no services
Not sure what constitutes 4-star, but I think a hostel would have been as good. -Front desk employees rude. Both times I had questions, they acted annoyed that I bothered them. Then they gave me incorrect information. -Room only sort-of cleaned. Same piece of trash left on desk entire stay, mystery hair appeared on sink, comforter made with sheet a mess underneath. -Shampoo destroyed my hair, bring your own. -Sometimes an employee on first floor ignoring everyone, but really anyone can walk in and take the elevator to guest floors with no security or card needed. -No one would help with a taxi - reception said go downstairs, guy outside said ask inside, no one inside. I walked to a main street with luggage and hailed one. -Business Center out of paper. -Elevators slow, and during checkout rush, two male employees wouldn't let us use one even though they were on it alone. -No restaurant, just a sad lounge on 2nd floor with drinks certain nights.

We were here for the George Strait concert and it was the perfect place to stay. Would definitely stayagain. Hotel was clean, staff was very nice. Walkable to the Mag Mile and train(EL) stations. Even walkable (about an hour) to the venue (Soldier Field). My only complaint was the street noise (which i know is out of the hotel's control), we could hear the horns and such from the street. Otherwise, it was perfect!
