Great except for the shower.

The shower would be a problem for anyone who is shorter than 5’8”. It was a very large step up and over to get into the shower. Not recommended if you have any mobility issues or short legs.

Good accommodation. Quiet, clean and spacious. Close to almost anything in downtown Chicago. Only qualm is the somewhat odd entry thru an office building which requires a badge, take the elevator to the 39th floor, and then another elevator to the 40th floor. But it's worth the effort.

The view of the lake and city was incredible. Great customer service. Comfortable bed. Interesting route with multiple steps to get to the top floor but not a problem.
