Lovely hotel, great staff and a fantastic location. We paid for a room that, supposedly, had a view of Michigan Avenue. However, there was a huge utilities enclosure in front of the window and one could not see the avenue, not even standing on a chair. We felt deceived. We would go back to the hotel but understanding that the room won’t have a view.
