This is a decent place to stay. It is near all of Chicago's tourist spots and I was able to park on the street. Staff was fine and the cleaning staff was top notch. They did address a slow running bathtub quickly. My VIP reward was not honored but I'll take that up with Expedia. Also, beware the dreaded destination fee. Not sure why that can't be absorbed into the hotel cost.

Everything was perfect, my wife and I had a very nice holiday weekend at this hotel. The staff was very nice, friendly and eager to help. Mr. Drake did everything possible to help us enjoy our stay. Perfect location centrally located on the Mag Mile. Staff really made us feel welcome and appreciated. Room was small and a bit dated and heat really only heated living room not bedroom but overall worth the price and the staff is truly exceptional.
