Rooms were clean. The staff was absolutely awesome. I mentioned it was my son’s first time staying in a high rise and would love a high view. They placed us on the 25th floor with a beautiful view. Only recommendation I have is listing the time frame request for your vehicle to 60 minutes. There were a lot of people growing frustrated waiting for their vehicles.

The hotel and our room as a whole was very clean and staff were extremely accommodating when our room wasn't quite ready when we got there. There is a secure area to put your luggage in while you kill time until your room is ready. My biggest complaint is this is one more hotel downtown that states there is a pool and hot tub but upon asking about hours we were told there is no pool or hot tub. Everything else about our stay was excellent.

The bartender made me hot totties that were better than my grandma use to make. Really saw what I needed and made it to perfection. Warmed my heart. The greeter for breakfast was amazing as well as the waitress and even the guy with the juice and water. Each person mentioned when above the normal hospitality. Also there two ladies at the desk one with braids and one with I believe a ponytail when I checked in; they were great to me and from what I saw other people as well. There was some things that occurred that would’ve ruined the night but the staff mentioned changed the outcome.
