Kudos to maintenance man Roger, he saved my trip! My luggage was broken and he came to my room with duct tape to fix it at 10pm. Beautiful place, suggestion is provide glassware and larger coffee cups.

The room got cold the day we checked in i went down to front desk told them, they said they will send someone up while we are out to dinner, when we arrived back to the room the room was warm! Then early in the morning the room got cold again!! I went to the front desk told them that the unit was blowing cold air!!! I told them to send someone up at 8am but nobody showed up!!!!!!! So we checked out and i told the front desk how much i was disappointed with the hotel!!!! They gave me 2 cards of managers to contact, i left 2 messages 1 for each manager and no one called me back!!!!!!! I want all my money refund to me!!! Everything!!! Room,parking and the 35.00 fee they changed on check in!!!!

The view of our king room was beautiful. However The bathroom had blue stains on the wall, the bathroom door looked as it was kicked in, and the seating area couch by the window had stains.

The room was clean and enjoyable. This place suffered from too many small issues. Water pressure was low/weak in the shower. We could not connect to the wifi, we spent 20+ minutes on the phone with their IT to get our devices forcefully connected via ip address. The "what to know before you arrive" was missing critical details like where the lobby is in the half mile long building and specific parking options available. For a hotel at this price point, having to "feel it out" is ridiculous.
