When we arrived, the toilet was plugged. The phone didn’t work. There was no ice in the ice machine on our floor. The TV only worked sometimes and the guide never worked. After multiple times of asking for someone to come and fix it, no one ever showed up. They even tried to tell us they tried, but they do not disturb sign, was on the door, which it was not.

Clean the mold from the shower fix the elevator and the ice maker and there’s absolutely no reason to charge 60 bucks for parking at the hotel you’re staying at! Highway robbery!
