Clean room, great Dove amenities, very friendly front staff. Extremely close to Midway airport with free shuttle - drivers were VERY kind and gracious and a pleasure to deal with. Close to many restaurants within easy walking distance if you want a snack.

I paid 178$ for a room that hadn’t been cleaned had hair in the tub on the bathroom floor and the bathroom sink had old coffee still in it and to top it all off the previous tenant through up on the floor which was never cleaned up I loved the bed so I tried to find a tag but instead found a used syringe under the bed

My day was great. My room was very clean. The staff was friendly. The pantry options were great for light snacks. The only issue I had was the surprise of a $30 overnight parking fee. which obviously was not disclosed when booking

The staff were helpful in explaining the free shuttle to Midway airport.The shuttle picks you up at a point outside the third level. There is a sign indicating the correct spot. You have to tell the staff when you want to get taken back to Midway and they tell you what time to come to the lobby

Charged us with a 350.00 because they said we were smoking. My daughter and I checked in around 10:30 pm and left at 6:15 am to catch a flight. Our toilet wouldn’t flush so when we left I reported it didn’t work. Two days later I have a $350 charge and I am told a sensor in the room showed smoking. I called to talk with the manger and his response was to take it up with the credit card company. Is there a slight chance it was your repair guy!!!! So my $150 Expedia room ended up being over $600.
