Quiet, centrally located hotel

This hotel is located near shopping, the Loyola Museum of Art which has some very special exhibits, and about a $12 Uber ride to the field museum and shed aquarium. Beds are a little soft for me and pillows a little overstuffed but for the price it’s not terrible. Skip the overpriced breakfast and hit up the less overpriced cafe in the lobby. I will say, it’s very quiet. We heard no street noise from the 11th floor room. Oh, and all rooms have bathtubs which is nice.

I was attacked bu homeless during the stay and due to this I could not I was scared and would not go out.I had to leave early.Hotel does not have its own parking area and Valet parking has another charge tı add to the renting room.İt is not acceptable for me.Wifi is extra charge and with all these my expense was tripled.K definitely not recommend this hotel.

Perfect Location & Great Service

Perfect location, footsteps away from Michigan Avenue. Great staff! After checking out, we realized we left a tech item behind in the room and it was immediately sent to lost and found and they sent FedEx for us. Wonderful service, clean and nice sized rooms. Highly recommend!
