Our room was pretty good. Everything was clean. However the check in service was disappointing. The front desk people didn’t seem very hospitable either. They don’t smile while talking. I asked help to show me a route. The girl was like “you have a google map? Go there search bla bla”. Who doesn’t know that? I was expecting some more details as I am not local. However, the manager called and apologized for the check in service.

Worst experience ever! There are bed bugs! I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel due to a serious bed bug infestation. During my stay, I kept waking up with new bites all over my body. At first, I thought they were mosquito bites or maybe an allergic reaction—I didn’t suspect bed bugs right away because I trusted a hotel of this level to maintain basic cleanliness and hygiene standards. After several nights and increasingly severe reactions, I finally managed to catch five or six bed bugs in the room. I immediately informed the front desk and asked someone to come to the room to see for themselves. Shockingly, they refused, saying I should have reported it on the first day. How could I report bed bugs on the first day when I had no idea what was causing the bites? That response was not only unhelpful but also dismissive and unprofessional. To make things worse, they refused to even switch a room for me! Just because it was the last night I was staying. I’m extremely disappointed with how the hotel handled the situation—zero accountability, no empathy, and complete lack of customer care. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Bed bugs are a health hazard and should be taken seriously. This hotel clearly doesn’t.

This suite was a very good fit for our family. We enjoyed the best view of the downtown area from our room. The breakfast was great. We were able to walk to a variety of restaurants and points of interest.

A central location with overall above satisfactory marks. Windows need cleaning and breakfast variety could be improved along with adding in self-closing toilet lids. The night light in the bathroom was wonderful to see.
