I am from Jakarta, was with my husband and daughter for holiday. We love the neat and clean room with cozy sofa and small pantry (they offer free cooktop) eventhough we did not cook at all. Location is good, many restaurants along 18 minutes walk to the river. Breakfast is free, choices are basic western breakfast. Staff are friendly. Overall l, we recommend this hotel and will come back again if we have a chanclce to visit Chicagom

Public bathroom that is on the main floor only had 1 out of 3 stalls working. It took 15 minutes to use. The elevators were so slow, you waited forever and could only have 6 people max or they’d break down. Breakfast was horrible, there wasn’t enough food to feed the people. Worst stay I’ve had at a Hilton property

Dirty sheets on arrival, not replaced

We arrived late in the evening. When we got into the room we found the sheets were stained with what looked like black mold or mildew. Since we didn’t want to wait for housekeeping we covered it with a towel and went to sleep. The next morning we told the front desk and asked them to change the sheets. That night we again got in late - no sheet change. Housekeeping had not come to the room. There is a sign in the lobby that said if you have a problem and we don’t fix it, the stay is free. But since we paid through Hotels.com, they said it didn’t apply. We won’t be back.
