Some of the lights in the room didn’t work. Housekeeping didn’t come to clean the room and we had to ask for towels. The tv remote didn’t work and housekeeping had to come up and swap it out. Also the water took a very long time to get warm. We had a digital key so we were able to skip the check in process at the front desk upon initial arrival. I expressed my concerns with the front desk personnel, Paige, and she said she “feels like we should have come to the front desk to get the ins and outs of the hotel” to know how it operates. Basically there was nothing they would do to substantiate for our poor experience. Although the hotel was in a prime location, we would not return to this location.

Staff was not at all informative about the dining options. I arrived late in the evening and asked if there were any sandwiches. I was shown just the chips and ramen on display. It was not until the morning that I realized there were many chain and other hotel restaurants. No coffee. Or water in the room either.

The room was very clean the housekeeping stuff was very polite and accommodating the front desk staff as well very polite very welcoming and very helpful. The location is perfect really close to Midway Airport the only thing I will say is my only complaint was you could hear the traffic noise outside.
