Clean room. Very small room and bathroom so if you want space this isn’t for you. Housekeeping is only every 3 days unless you ask. Parking is around the block which isn’t very convenient. You’re only allowed to leave the garage once a day to pay the daily rate $31 or you’ll be charged hourly which would get very expensive so that makes it tough to plan your day around one trip out of the garage per day. Staff was great. Overall a great place to stay!!!

Room was clean- beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom sink was very low and the shelf had a significant tilt- but was usable. Great location for us- with plenty of shopping and dining options. Short walk to the brown line

My first room I was put in had a major leak coming out of the lighting fixture in the entryway. I was moved to a much larger room right away. The person working the front desk was friendly and helpful.

The whole night the staff was i think cleaning the rooms around me? Which of course I know is there Job I just didn’t know they did it all through the entire night. The doors were opening and closing every 2 seconds, rumbling noises and things falling and getting shut from every direction. It’s loud. You can hear everything and maybe the walls are just thin? But it’s pretty unbearable and I think I got 1 hour of sleep. The bathrooms are kinda not the nicest. Which I can handle but the constant loud noises right next to my ear, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
