Sadly, this hotel feels far below Hilton standards. The rooms are old and smell bad especially the carpet and the air conditioner, which is extremely loud and outdated. It was almost impossible to sleep with that noise at night.
There was no hot water during several days of my stay, and the furniture feels very worn out. The coffee dripper machine was disgustingly dirty inside, where you pour the water, and it’s built in so you can’t even unplug or clean it properly. They never replaced the paper cups, and the same two crystal glasses stayed dirty in the room for five days without being changed.
Connecting any personal streaming device (like Apple TV) is a nightmare the hotel blocks it so you’re forced to use their overpriced and outdated movie system.
The room service staff were rude, and the operator at the service line was unpleasant every time I asked for help. Overall, the atmosphere feels like a mass tourism or convention type hotel where no one really cares about individual guests.
The lobby is fine and the location is good, but if you’re looking for genuine hospitality or a comfortable, well-maintained room, book somewhere else.
