Stayed at this Doubletree during our visit to Chicago. Hotel is close proximity to many attractions either by walking, bus, or train. Staff at this hotel are great. We received attentive service. Suggestions to make this hotel 5 stars: refresh of the room. Chair had faded leather. Caulking in bathroom looked old and coming off. Electronics I. The room such as alarm clock was not working.

The walls in the rooms are very thin. At midnight the room beside us was having a little get together and were super loud and playing music we had to call the front desk to ask them to stop. The walls should not be so thin that I can hear the whole conversation of the people next door

This hotel is very close to Northwestern Medical Center. I stayed at this hotel the night before my surgery and only had to walk about half a block outside before I was able to access the Northwestern Campus Pathway. It’s very convenient hotel if you need to stay overnight close to Northwestern.

The hotel is very clean smells good. Staff services is excellent. The only thing I don’t like is the parking fee is very expensive. It is $62 per day. I suggest it should lower to $30 per day.
