The property was clean and nice. Brrakfast was good. Was in a great location! And the service was excellent! What I didn't like: The swimming pool. That's a scam. Very small pool and no kid's pool. My 6 year old wanted to go to the pool but couldn't, not a single day!

Hotel is located in a very nice area, easy walk around. Front desk was friendly and speedy. Room was pretty basic with comfortable beds. Cleaning could have been better - room was not vacuumed well, you can see fingerprints on furniture. Pool and outdoor area great to relax after a long day of walking.

We had a quick check-in, but unfortunately, our first room was not cleaned to standard — there were visible crumbs and stains. Thankfully, the situation was corrected quickly by moving us to a different room that was much cleaner. However, the front desk staff didn’t seem very attentive or concerned, which was disappointing, especially coming from a hospitality background where attention to guest experience matters. That said, the amenities were great and well-suited for our family. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Navy Pier. Overall, we had a nice time despite the initial hiccup

Disliked: Cleanliness
When we arrived, our room was dirty. We then got switched to a new room where the AC was not working and was in pieces. Finally, in our third room, the AC was leaking making the floor wet. We had maintenance fix it. I was extremely sick from staying in the room with a wet floor-assuming mold. Nicole, the manager, was great to work with she gave us a 100$ voucher. We were not able to get a refund due to booking with expedia? Do not think that is true but whatever. However, other front desk workers were not up to par. Pool was nice.
