Great hotel for the price

Great location! Walking distance to so much! The beds are beyond comfortable and the walls must be thick because we never heard a peep. They gave us a late check out without any problem. The bar in the hotel is quaint and they offer breakfast to go for $12. we chose the hotel because of its 'rooftop' pool which is on the 5 the floor. Unfortunately, there were so many kids that we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked to but that's not the hotels fault. Our beds was made up every day which is not the case in many hotels. I would definitely stay here again!

Rented the hotel for my daughter. Put it in her name and age in reservation. When she arrived at the hotel, she was not allowed to check in because she wasn’t 21 (she’s 19). The room was already paid for and there was no refund given.

Great option for families with a very central location and outdoor pool. Staff is professional and friendly. Rooms are updated and clean. Restaurant was nice and service was great. I would definitely return.

The front desk staff was helpful when we needed something sent to the room and the pool and the hotel in general were beautiful. However, getting help from the bellmen and concierge was a nightmare. The wait just to get help was insane and over the course of 2 days we spent about an hour just waiting for someone to show up so we could get our bags or get help with calling a taxi.

I would love to leave a review for this property however we are not afforded the opportunity to stay here. The first night we were due to check in our room had been given away and we were located across the street instead at a different hotel. We came back for our second night. Stay at the Doubletree and were told we were no longer allowed to stay there. Management and staff were rude, unhelpful, but somehow we were told that we were confrontational, which was the reason given for us not being able to stay the second night. We will NEVER stay in a Hilton Hotel again

Worst hotel ever, rooms are too small, no water pressure in the shower, room smell like nicotine, water tub was clogged all the time, shower exhaust fan never worked and on the top of all those issues we lost power in the room twice in 3 days Don’t get fooled by the stupid reviews other ppl post This hotel is horrible never again

The pool was amazing, rooms were very clean and nice. The check in process was a little frustrating as our room wasn't ready until an hour after check-in, but staff was very friendly. The restaurant on site is out of place. Wants to be an upscale experience and prices but it's in the middle of the lobby. Dinner was good, skip the breakfast buffet not worth the money.
