I’m upset that I didn’t get a picture of the place because I really liked the lobby. However, there a few staff members that aren’t hospitable and some that are. The cleaning staff were very friendly. I also don’t understand why there’s a restaurant, but no room service(you’re missing out on money). This hotel also takes longer than usual to give you back your deposit- soon I will have to call to check on that.

Great place to stay by lots of shops and an easy walk to the trains. Highly recommend the valet parking as parking downtown can be crazy. Very clean.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, the location was convenient, the room was very nice and it is located in a very walkable area. Try walking two blocks for breakfast at Wildberry Pancakes. They have everything and it is all great.

Air conditioning didn’t regulate well, freezing or hot. Also, had a musty smell to the room, hair, clothes. I understand it’s an old hotel. Bed wasn’t comfortable, loud. Daily fee is excessive for amenities, but what do you do that’s probably the norm. We weren’t offered the VIP offer and we forgot to ask about it.

Tired and old

The hotel has a great location and that's the only reason to use it. The place is tired and old. The staff are great and try to do the best they can but for example, the paint is peeling in the lobby ceiling, my room had torn carpeting between the beds. It's tired and old and time to be renovated.

Overall the location was great however they do charge a daily fee of $24 and some change which I was not aware of prior to booking. Also the carpet in the hallways look dirty and everything just look outdated, our TV in our bedroom randomly was turning on and off and the air conditioning also was horrible turning on every five minutes. They gave us two pillows for each bed normally at other hotels I’ve stayed at you get a few extra I had to call the service desk to have them bring us up some extra pillows!

Loved it.

The suite was amazing it was enough room for the four in our family. The service at the bar was great and I liked breakfast in the cute cafe. Service for breakfast was superb. However, The shower needs work. I would stay again.
