1st time visiting and was satisfied with inside of property, suite was amazing, staff was helpful face to face. there was a text SMS service that was non-responsive. There was street construction and building around the block, so made it difficult to find the hotel driving up. Also check on the parking before you go $200 self parking for 4 day's...

terrific location, hotel staff were great (the bartender at the Chapel was not friendly), maid was outstanding, the only negative was that they advertised an indoor pool but when we arrived it was under renovation.

There were two things that were less than pleasant; I would have preferred to have known prior to booking that the phone was under renovation. That is something I had paid for, and yet had zero access to. It should be on the web site. The water was only lukewarm. I notified staff, but in their defense, it was livable, so I didn't want someone to have to do Sat work to fix it.

When we checked in, there were blood on the towels blood on the pillows, and blood on the sheets. We were absolutely disgusted when we arrived. After calling the staff asking for them to change the sheets and everything in our room they told us no, and that we would have to wait until the morning. Two days later, we found more blood stains on different sheets after asking them to change them again. When talking to the staff about this issue, it seemed like that was normal to them. Definitely will not be returning to this hotel.

This hotel was near restaurants, stores and the CTA. Very walkable city. The hotel was quiet for the most part, but it was outdated. The hotel needs some renovation.
