We had a tremendous time and the staff was amazing. Also, there was a great view of the lake. The bed and sofa beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay again and recommend others.

Upon arriving i was informed that there was a stove in the room, please bring your own cooking materials with you. There were 2 pots there but those pots were not cutting it to cook in that room. When asked about them that is all we have is what they said to me.

Great place to stay in Chicago! Super close to museums and train stations. Room was spacious and clean. Kitchenette has full sized fridge, microwave, stovetop and dishwasher. Dishes, utensils and cookware provided. Only a block to grocery stores. Large closet in room, full length windows with a nice view of the city and lake. Loved the full hot breakfast buffet, and the coffee/tea/cocoa service in the lobby. Nice to grab a hot drink after walking around in the cold.
