We chose this hotel based on location and price. We were very shocked to be charged an additional $179 for 2 nights in addition to the rates paid on Expedia. Hotel is older and in need of updates and not super clean. Would not recommend!

Where asking housekeeping to clean the room they don’t clean the room .. there just take the garbage but they don’t put garbage bag .. that’s the worst hotel i ever stay I don’t want to come back or stay that hotel .. terrible I don’t want to recommend it .. the service is suck ..

A Haphazard Front Desk
This hotel is well located off Michigan avenue, the front desk service is haphazard and the decor and ambiance a bit dark and unwelcoming. Although a bag of 3 bottles of water and soda are handed out daily to guests upon check in, staff neglected to tell guests about a tea and coffee station hidden around a corner and WiFi info was given out incorrectly. Don’t ask them to call a cab - they reply there’s a $2.50 fee - even though they’re sitting around reading books and although the guest room was tidy - housekeeping staff left some perfume bottles under a desk - probably left by a former guest.

Roaches in room site won't let me post pics
We had 2 rooms the regular room was much nicer that the suite. We found baby roaches in 1 room and a giant one in the second. We let the front desk know about it discretely and they asked us to send pics to the manager when we did he said that it wasnt there rooms and nice try. We didn't ask for anything so we weren't trying anything

The rooms were really nice - clean and spacious. Location was excellent. Breakfast is not included in stay. They clean rooms every four days, otherwise charge extra. But overall stay was good and they let you store luggage.
