The food here is amazing!!! The area is super nice and still close to everything. The staff was very helpful and professional. However the rooms are out dated in my opinion. House keeping came and didn’t take any trash in our room, poorly made the beds but left have of the bedding hanging off the bed. Little strange to come in and do nothing?

Room was very clean, spacious and had an excellent view from the 31st floor. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Property was decorated beautifully for Christmas! Zero complaints. Would not hesitate to stay again when back in Chicago.

The room was very clean. One suggestion, please update prices for the in room dining. The prices in the electronic menu does not match the actual cost.

This day was very disappointing. I had family in town for Thanksgiving so I stayed there one night so I could give up my place right next-door so I had really high expectations when I checked in I wasn’t greeted. I stood there while the person at the desk was fumbling through paperwork for about seven minutes you didn’t look up he didn’t say anything and then by the time he did, it was very rude and short I was disappointed with the overall stay he claimed I got a credit and I needed to go that night so I ordered a salad and fries came out to $50. It was terrible. The salad with wilted fries were cold and the chicken was no seasoning or whatsoever. Very disappointing.
