This hotel is the most warm, welcoming, comfiest I’ve stayed at! Is so spacious and they fill the room with so many considerate things like yoga mats, robes and umbrellas, they really care about the comfort and wellbeing of their guest! They even have someone carry your luggage to your room. I absolutely love this place and this will be the only hotel I use in Chicago!

Amazing central location to everything Chicago has to offer! Staff greeted us with nothing but smiles and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed. The warm lavender towel was an amazing touch, along with the coffee/popcorn station! Everyone that worked here was more than helpful, and it seemed genuine! Checking in and out was a breeze. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and updated. Comfy beds, very hot water, and a thermostat that actually works. Definitely recommend staying here to anyone wanting to be in the heart of Chicago.

Room was very nice, the double queen room was spacious and cozy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed several nights and the only downside is no microwave in the room. We tend to have leftovers often from places we eat and occasionally like to save money eating out but overall still a wonderful place to stay
