Loved the pet welcome package! We also ordered breakfast to go at Perilla and it was excellent! We had a room on the 11th floor with a street view. The windows in our room had these really cool window seats you could sit and watch the city.

It’s a nice location and easy walk to Gleacher, the room was big with a nice view. however, it’s super noisy - the train starts around 4/5 am, and the wall was thin - we had dog barking one one side and TV noise from other side, we didn’t sleep well for three nights, for almost a $300/ night hotel, we expect a bite more. The bed was very comfortable, but we moved to another hotel so we can sleep.

We loved how thoughtful it was to have us fill out a form before arrival and try to accommodate, which they did. It was special w the bday cupcake that awaited us at check in, but surely the room location was just perfect and the highlight of our stay; we couldn’t get over the views (the river view is so worth it!) and even slept on the windowsill 2 of the 3 nights! I’m so glad we booked here bc of the reviews and recommendations fr other guests! It was so conveniently located to everything that we didn’t have to walk far or much for our tours and bus/train routes! The staff were amazing and welcoming! The only downfall was the roll in microwave not working that we requested another, and for a very eye catching boutique hotel the microwave didn’t come with a roll in table, we had to place it on the big round coffee table and place it near an outlet.. nonetheless, the hotel was impressive in decor and comfort, and the staff were all so kind and friendly that we’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel staff had paid our experience top-notch. We were welcomed with facial mask and socks. It isn’t walking distance of the Riverwalk along with several restaurants. We were also in walking distance of a lot of tours that they offer in the area. The hotel is attached to a Korean steakhouse that makes an amazing steak! It is also in walking distance from the trains line. Although the room does not come standard with a microwave, you can request one from the front desk.

The hotel is very spacious and clean, and the staff are incredibly nice. The only downside is that I could hear noise from outside — a white noise machine would make it perfect.
