We stayed at the Viceroy Chicago last night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is stylish, comfortable, and feels thoughtfully designed in every detail. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Our room was spotless with a great layout, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it easy to relax and enjoy the night. A really lovely stay—highly recommend.

This was my first stay at a hotel with my dog and they had already placed a dog bed and food bowls in the room. We were greeted with a dog treat and everyone already knew her name and we were greeted by name everytime we went through the lobby.

I’ve had the pleasure of a stay at this hotel more than a few times now and it’s right up there with the Four Seasons and Peninsula, which I adore, but the design is a step above.
