The unfinished roofing makes the hotel rooms unappealing. Additionally, we were told we would receive an upgrade to a deluxe room, but the deluxe room didn’t feel like an upgrade at all. It was actually quite small for a deluxe.

Staff take to long to check guest in and not friendly, at all. Also, parking staff take too long to get cars. Resturant is too expensive 2 breakfast plates over $100 and the food was cold. I personally wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

Didn't get our VIP discount, because nobody told us we needed to ask for a voucher to the resteraunt that isn't part of the hotel. Upgraded room was super basic, not sure what was better about it. Very limited in amenities. Staff were rude and unhelpful. We were kicked out of a seated area when waiting for a taxi and there was nowhere else to stand, so we had to wait in the rain. Desk help basically didn't speak to us other than to ask for ID. Service was awful.
