Great location, views of navy pier, housekeeping awesome, and conference facilities. The only negatives were the resort fee and prices of food on site. Breakfast is $38! Otherwise great.

Hotel overall was very clean and every staff we interacted with were wonderful and went above and beyond! The room was great and the kids loved the view. Our only complaint was the pool area smelled very strong of mold/mildew.
