The hotel was nice and has a great location.But i'm sorry.You're already putting a seventy dollar resort fee and then adding a thirty dollar destination fee.And that just does not sit well with me. Also, couldn't get the internet hooked up The first night. Which is something that happens to these big hotel chains yet with small hotels that's never a problem.

Loved the view from our room! Staying in Chicago, the river view is a must! The gym was well equipped. Wish the sauna would have been heated up! Loved the patio out on the gym level!

The location was great. Beautiful views, walkable distance to any entertainment, clean and opulent, the staff was incredible. Especially one of the doormen. Loaded with information and advice. Very friendly.

I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk. The location is unbeatable—right on the Riverwalk and close to everything Chicago has to offer. From my room, I enjoyed a breathtaking view of the river and skyline, which made the stay feel extra special. The dining options in the hotel were also outstanding. Shula’s Steak House offered a refined dinner experience, while the Chicago Burger Company was perfect for a casual meal right by the water. I also loved the quick convenience of the Link Café in the mornings. Having so many choices right on-site made the stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and well-kept throughout. Between the amenities, the service, and the amazing views, this is a perfect place to stay when visiting Chicago. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of the city.
