Our first time staying downtown Chicago. It was easy to walk to train, theater, restaurants, shopping, and train. Beautiful accommodation s and friendly staff.

The fact that I paid so much for this room and didn’t even have any complimentary water or tooth brush, is crazy. The TV wasn’t working either, it kept trying to make me pay for movies. Will not recommend to my friends
