I HAD 55" LG TV IN SMALL ROOM WHICH WAS HARMFUL TO WATCH AND NO PREMIUM MOVIE CHANNELS IN TV PACKAGE, NO YOUTUBE AVAILABLE. SOME DISHES, HANDLES, UTENSILS COMPARTMENT WERE NOT CLEAN. HOUSKEEPING STAFF AVOIDS SPEAKING ENGLISH. EACH DAY I WENT TO BREAKFAST THERE WERE ROTTEN FRUITS SALADS IN POTS, DANGEROUS TO EAT AND TO GET SICK OF IT! OVERALL, HYATT PLACE IS A MODERN, SPACIOUS AND CLEAN HOTEL.

The staff working at the front desk were lovely and so helpful! The room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. I only wished that the lights in the room/bathroom didn't automatically turn off every 20 minutes, that got a little frustrating especially when in the shower.
