Our room was nice and clean. The balcony rooms have a little more space than the rooms without a balcony. Very nice and friendly staff all around the Hotel. I love staying here for stacations.

I wish there was access to a fridge or microwave. I wish they had complimentary breakfast “grab & go” is not a good term you have to go to the restaurant to buy. Staff was great.

The rooms are not as pristine as I expected given the hotel being rated 4.5 stars. But it is still very clean and looks nice. Rooms have no mini fridge, which was unexpected.

For being a 5 star rating hotel im a little disappointed. The staff was nice. The room was okay. I thought for sure it would have a fridge or a microwave in the room. It did not, the hot tub was warm not hot, when you walk into where the pool is, it was a strong chlorine smell. The only thing that was best at that hotel was the restaurant they had great food and great drinks.
