Long-Time Guest, But Very Disappointed This Time.

I’ve been a loyal guest of Radisson Blu for many years and have always had great experiences—until this recent stay. Sadly, it fell far below expectations. The balcony door wouldn’t close properly, which made the room cold and uncomfortable due to constant air coming in. Even worse, there was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived. But the biggest issue was the cleaning: it was really bad. The room felt neglected, and during our three-night stay, it was never properly cleaned. This experience was disappointing and far from the quality I expect from Radisson Blu.

The upcharge for the balcony was not worth it. Also for the price I thought the room would be nicer. Wall paper seemed like it was peeling and bed was not that great. Location is the only positive for this hotel. Could find a much better hotel at a cheaper price.
