Older hotel, room with double beds is very compact. Difficult to pull up and unload luggage—limited pull up space and no one to help you with your luggage. Location is why it’s worth it. Staff was nice. Reasonable price for area.

The property located in the most busy area of Chi town, one block from Michigan avenue with all the high end shops in one place. Walking to every other stores and dining options ,entertaining around the property. However it’s not a quiet place for anyone who looking for a quiet sleep, I can hear so much noise at late night from my room on the back of the 4th floor. Checking was smooth, quick and good rate for a couple of nights in town.

The staff were some of of the kindest i’ve ever met. The room was relatively spacious and clean but the soundproofing wasn’t great you could hear the ice machine and doors slamming late at night.

Conveniently located hotel! Front desk is nice enough. Hotel elevators are extremely tight and takes an extended amount of time to arrive.

The location is great. Walking to many major attractions, shopping and activities. It is LOUD. It sounds like the windows are wide open at all times. The rooms are not cleaned unless requested. They didn’t mention that or that there is a 24 hour lead time to get your room cleaned. Lobby/elevators are small and congested. Parking is EXPENSIVE! Morning staff was pretty friendly. Other shifts, not so much. I observed staff arguing with other customers regularly. One man was yelling at a customer telling her that he didn’t care what she had been told, this was HIS SHIFT and he was in charge. Vending machines were not stocked. The hotel was conveniently located, but I don’t think I would stay again because of the above mentioned issues.

The room was clean. There were not enough channels on the television that worked. The first time I requested my room to be cleaned, it was not in the system. You could tell the hotel was pet friendly because it smelled in the hallways and elevator. The parking is extremely too high!!
