The kitchen was VERY clean and very well stocked. Our room was as nice as any room as I have ever stayed in. The Hotel Manager and Pablo, the Director of Rooms, were outstanding!!! they were truly a credit to the Trump brand. I have stayed at the Trump International and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The view from my room was very nice. The room itself was in average condition — clean but not particularly impressive. The service quality varied; some staff members were attentive and helpful, while others seemed less responsive. Overall, a decent stay with a great view but room for improvement in consistency and service.

Excellent luxury atmosphere with second to none customer service. The bathroom was very nice. Although the toilet has a slight odor that was unexpected for the high quality room and hotel.

Great staff. Easy check in, got room early as it was ready on check in day which was amazing to us as my husband was there to do the marathon was great having the extra downtime

I expect more for $1k/night

Room wasn’t ready at 4:15pm when we arrived… they gave us a $100 to spend in the hotel but it still wasn’t ready an hour later. Since they didn’t have a room with two queen beds like we asked for, they moved us into a king and said they would send a rollaway bed - which they forgot. Got it all sorted out but it was a hassle.
