Room was a little dusty, but every time I book through Expedia I’m in a dusty room, so idk what that’s about. Anyways, location was great, staff was very nice, shower was hot and I loved the use of key cards to use the elevator. It’s Right next to a pub if you arrive late & need a bite (food was good!) I would book again just direct so no dusty surfaces lol

Needs improvement

With the expectation that guests will check in and check out using kiosks, the kiosks should be clean AND hand sanitizer available. At the kiosk I was directed to I could see hair on it. Gross. Also, in the room, I had never experience so much dust on the remote control and light fixtures. This hotel should invest in dusters for it's cleaning staff. I will never stay here again. The good part was the location. Near a subway station and not too far a walk from some major sites.

Loved the welcome on arrival--staff were friendly as I've come to expect in Chicago. Room was available early, a kindness. Room was quiet and well-appointed. Did not take breakfast at the Elephant and Castle pub attached to hotel, but Nespresso maker in the room was handy and full-service coffee machine in the business center below lobby was magnificent. Room showed a little wear to carpet and fixtures but this kind of stuff doesn't concern me.
