Excellent customer service and the resturant staff was awesome as well. Very pleased with the room attendant and the over all staff I had the pleasure of meeting. I will definitely stay at the hotel again.

Room didn’t get cleaned. Fire alarm testing happening during stay. Didn’t receive water or welcome gift as an elite bonvoy member. Hotel had very limited dinning in and around hotel.
