Booked a room with great view. Had to ask for flips. It’s a little far to the convention center as compared to other hotels, though there was an inside bridge leading to the center. Very ordinary food in the in-house restaurants.

Earliest check-in is at 4pm. Aside from being later than the standard check-in time, the room has stained towels, hair on the carpet, little to no soap in the dispenser to name a few. The front desk were not professional and courtesy for a 4 star hotel

Chicago off my list for Summer

Very easy to get to Wintrust Arena, across the street, also can catch bus, train taxi are very easy to get and nice area to get your walking exercise in. Remember if you go to Chicago go after the middle of July into August. Rain thunderstorms will delay your later flights! Big mistake on my part.

This is such a beautiful hotel. We had a king bed with lake view and we stayed on 7/4 so the fireworks were beautiful on the lake. Super comfy bed and the best pillows ever!

we decided to stay another evening. The staff assured me that we would get reimbursed because I was told I had to do it online. I didn't want to move rooms and I reserved a higher room thinking it was the one we were in. When asked about being reimbursed, they told me it was coming. I have not received a reimbursement.
