The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The entire property is clean and carefully maintained with many onsite amenities. Our stay was wonderful. The place was clean and comfortable. The views were great. The front desk staff were friendly to chat with (we didn’t need anything other than directions and restaurant recommendations). They won’t send the key code until about 20 minutes before check in time, so don’t worry if you don’t hear anything until then. But once they send it, the communication is good. For a reasonable extra fee there was convenient parking in a garage right behind the building. We did not use them this time, but the building had some great amenities that we will take advantage of next time. This will be our Chicago go-to.
