It was nice and quiet except the sirens all night. I suggest ear plugs. The place was spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice and the shower was amazing. I felt safe and comfortable there.

It was an overall pleasant stay. The room was clean and the view was great. It was walking distance from the Magnificent Mile, and it was a great place to crash for the night for a nice price.

I stayed here a few years ago and had such a great experience that I booked it again for a birthday trip with my husband, however, this time I was severely let down. We stayed here during a very cold week and all we wanted was to take nice, hot showers after a day of walking around in the freezing outdoors. To our dismay, the water pressure was barely more than a trickle and, on top of that, it was luke warm. We called the front desk about the issue and they sent up maintenance who said the water pressure was, “About as good as it gets” for this hotel since it’s considered “green.” He also said the temperature wasn't hot because the hotel was sold out during our stay and everyone must be using the showers. This didn’t make sense to me because the sink

Noise morning, garbage truck, and deliveries next-door. Couldn’t tell you what was going on in the hallway, but it sounded like custodial services was packing and moving things. On the day of our checkout, we got a knock at 8 AM because they wanted to clean the room.
