Friendly staff and a large clean room. Parking in Downtown Chicago is a challenge and can be very expensive at the hotel so if you are driving plan accordingly (Spot Hero is your friend).

Location was good and staff helpful. Unfortunately, the lobby and hotel floor smelled of marijuana the entire stay. Coupled with some very loud after-hours guests, we will re-think our stay next time in Chicago.

Room was as expected. Very basic, no microwave. There was refrigerator. The cocktail bar was a good time. I’d recommend to the average traveler. Location was good, very walkable area a quick access to train. The AC unit kept having issues and turning off. Also the outside noise is loud in the mornings.
