Checking in was quick and efficient. There are two restaurants on the property but I wish there was a greater and less costly option for breakfast. Loved how walkable it was and the accessibility to public transportation. My room was also clean and I loved the high ceilings and vintage feel of the building.

The check in was quick and I was able to receive a view of the lake which was wonderful. The location was easily walkable to the magnificent mile and soldier field. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was not aware or notified of any breakfast for the hotel so I have no comment. Location is fantastic. Well lit and safe.

Place is great, super classic feel. Staff is super nice, very clean, comfortable bed. They upgraded me to a lakeview room which was amazing. Only thing I'll say is that it took a while for the water to warm up in the shower. It eventually did, though. Would definitely come back. Has that classic Chicago feel and it's right on Michigan Av in front of Lake Michigan.

At check-in the room that was assigned to us was still dirty with dirty towels in the bathroom floor. When going back down to address the issue the front office lady was nice and straight to the point in making sure we got taken care of and she put us in a different room! Pleased with our experience

Will never stay there again. Its bad and honestly a cheaper hotel is better. Breakfast consist of yogurt donut and cornflakes coffe. Every day. Elevators to old. Breakfadt area need repair.
