This property is in a great location. For the most part everything is within walking distance. However, this property is lacking in space and hospitality. The rooms are very small and lackluster. Two guests can be in one room at most. You also have to request for your room to be cleaned daily by a certain time. We also had to make multiple calls and requests for additional towels, tissue paper, etc. Sometimes we had to call twice before it was brought in a timely manner. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention there wasn’t even an apology or acknowledgement of the concern. Additionally there are urban fees that include a very limited variety of fruit, tea, and coffee that is typically included in other hotel settings. Overall, this hotel was a one time experience I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

This one was great. The only complaint I have is it is $100 fee and they have a destination fee. That’s like $26 a day and they’ll deduct it from the hundred dollar deposit that you put on the room so depending on how long you stayyou won’t get back much And the valet is $73 a day and you have to pay for breakfast but other than that it’s a great location and there is cheaper parking down the street not a far walk. It’s pretty close to everything. Nothing is really a far walk so it’s nice. but you’re close to a lot of things Overall I will stay here again the room did get a little stuffy sometimes but overall, I would stay here again because everything went right

Overall the hotel was good. The staff was excellent and friendly. My biggest issue is it seems like it was recently renovated, and the fixtures were chosen to look trendy and the practicality was lacking. Specifically the bathroom sink was so shallow, you can't even wash your hands on it.
