The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The room was dusty compared to previous visit. Dirty bathroom fan. Enjoy the coffee on 2nd floor. I forgot toothpaste. Appreciated being able to grab a tube from guest closet.

This hotel was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. It was easy to walk to the Michigan Ave. shops, Navy Pier, Chicago Theater, the river, and Millennium Park. The staff was friendly. Rooms were a little small but updated and clean. They have a complimentary coffee lounge area on the 2nd floor. We enjoyed everything about our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Only one elevator was working and you should probably call and check to see if all the elevators are working before booking. Finding out when you arrive if there's a 30 minute wait to take the elevator up to your room is kind of terrible. We can walk up 14 flights of stairs with your luggage good luck.
