Positive is that it’s in a great location. The negative was the state of the room. Very dated, AC didn’t cool off room properly, and refrigerator made a god awful noise every time the compressor came on causing me to have to unplug it.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the property is is in a great location, apart from being across from trump tower :-/ The rest of the area is great! The rooms are clean and the cold bottled water refills were really helpful.

Great location, but room was small and had a number of inconveniences. We had about 12” walkway around the bed and there was nowhere to open our suitcase other than to put it on the bed anytime we needed something out of it. The bathroom was also small with the toilet literally in the doorway to the bathroom. The toilet paper roll was mounted behind the toilet so you couldn’t reach it when on the toilet. Also, the sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain.
