We loved everything about this hotel. There was always staff at the front desk. I liked there was room on the bathroom counter for all our toiletries and they provided the extra towels and pillows I requested at booking. We will return regularly.

We had a great stay at the Sofitel Chicago. The location was great and walkable to shops, restaurants and city landmarks. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was strong and didn't cycle off at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had to check in two times. First time room wasn’t ready. Left luggage with concierge. Return at night and I had to check in for the second time. Front desk was rude to me when I explain I checked in earlier on the day. His response was that he wasn’t working then so I need to check in again
