Will never stay at this chain again. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending with a nasty attitude, I've never been spoken to by hotel staff in such a malicious manner. She also kept me waiting at the front desk upon arrival and yelled from another room to wait. Her shirt was dirty with food stains down the front. The pet fee is per dog per night so was US$66.00 (we have 2 small, clean, polite doodles) that was over CDN$100 for one night, which was a surprise as just 4 weeks earlier at another city, same chain, it was $30; we felt gouged. She told us to cancel thru expedia.ca but it was non-refundable. It is now five days later and I still feel upset by how we were treated.
