Since 1990 Cardiff underwent a major urban renewal which has seen stunning developments made to the Waterfront area at Cardiff Bay. The area now features the new Welsh Assembly and – following the major redevelopment work - has been used as the setting for the hugely popular Torchwood BBC TV series.
The Millennium Stadium is one of the new international sporting venues in the city and is home to both the International rugby and football teams. It was also chosen as the venue of the FA Cup final whilst Wembley Stadium was still under construction and played host to some of the millenniums most memorable matches.

She loved being made 'master of the key'. We arrived slightly early but the room was ready and we were given access, which was very attentive of the staff. At breakfast, again the kindness and inclusivity that was shown to our daughter was lovely. It added an extra layer to the service, thank you. We really enjoyed our stay. Access to the city was on foot, the location was great and a fantastically run breakfast with all you could ask for.
