Beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing they were so helpful. Only thing that was negative was the pillows as they were very soft but I'm sure if i had asked they may have had some firm ones.

Gorgeous and luxurious accommodations. The location is quiet but you are in the heart of the city. Everything is walkable from here. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Many thanks to The Parkgate for making my first time in Cardiff so memorable. I can't wait until to return - Cardiff is magical!

Parkgate never fails to deliver spotlessly clean beautiful rooms plenty of space very comfortable bed able to get a good night sleep no nose from outside and they do a lovely breakfast with plenty of variety, Able to book in early as the room was ready staff are amazing, Stayed there a few times and looking forward to our next day

Fabulous hotel in a great location

The hotel feels luxurious whilst also friendly. Our room (junior suite) was amazing, very spacious and quiet. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was large with a bath too!. Location - couldnt ask for better. We will be definately returning.

During our recent trip to Cardiff to see Tom Jones perform at Cardiff Castle, we had the pleasure of staying at The Parkgate Hotel for one night. I must say, the experience was nothing short of excellent. The hotel itself was immaculate, with everything spotlessly clean and well presented. For a short stay, it was absolutely perfect—comfortable, welcoming, and ideally located for our evening out. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, and it really made our visit feel special. I couldn't fault The Parkgate Hotel in any way. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It's clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. We will definitely return to The Parkgate Hotel next time we're in the area, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel in Cardiff.
