Beautiful hotel. I paid extra for a deluxe double room, which was lovely overall. However, one downside—never mentioned during booking or at check-in—was that the room didn’t have an external window. Instead, it faced the bar area, so there was no natural light in the room.

I’m just about to check out of this absolutely lovely hotel. It’s in a great location. Staff were some of the best in any hotel we’ve stayed in. Room is very nice. Bed extremely comfortable.. I slept like a baby! Great little touches like Elemis shower gel, shampoo and conditioner included. Coffee, tea and biscuits provided. I need to find myself some of those ‘bara brith’ biscuits. Being from England Ive not had them before, but they were delicious! Would definitely return here. Thanks for having us.
