I had to book last minute and the price was unbeatable. For the price this is a great stay. Location is top, the room clean and comfortable but what made the difference was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Mina, who was extremely welcoming and helped me with any questions I had.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, my double room was clean, spacious and quiet except for the door you access from elevator hallway to rooms. Need to adjust the hydraulics for the door to quietly close instead of slamming shut each time.. Walking distance to really nice restaurants, shops and pubs.

Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable. Simple basic amenities. Not much soundproofing, audible traffic outside and other guests returning to rooms. Room initially hot and stuffy but improved as night went on. Curtains did not fully cover windows, allowing sunshine in early morning. However, reception staff incredibly friendly and attentive.

It's perfectly fine. Guy on reception when I checked in was friendly but the process was a bit slow and you need a code to get into your room rather than just tapping a card which is annoying. Pretty central which is good. Quite noisy in the morning due to trains. Room was surprisingly big given the price. The annoything was the bed. Claimed to be a doube was 2 single mattresses joined together. Was also not long enough.
