Excellent location and good for around £120 a night but wouldn’t pay more. Buffet breakfast was excellent; super location; really friendly welcome; lovely Welsh touches in the decor everywhere. There’s no outside opening windows so corridors smell fusty and of something like shake n vac. Our room was airless. Air con turned off in night so we both woke with a headache. Bedding was clean; bed amazingly comfortable. However room was dusty in places, dirty marks on furniture and all over light switches and needed a deeper clean.

Gem of a city centre hotel

Beautiful room and attentive, friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely and location couldn’t have been better. The only improvement would be to have a coffee pod machine in the room rather than instant but other than that our stay was ideal.

Perfect location in the center of town. Beds were comfortable and shower/bathroom was nice as well. You can't go wrong staying here and would stay here if we come again. Staff friendly and helpful.

Stayed here when going to a concert at the Utilita arena. Was easy to walk to the arena. Room was nicely styled, clean and had comfy beds. We were on level 5 and found it very quiet. Windows do not open but this is the case in many hotels. Staff very friendly. Would stay again

The rooms are very comfortable and well designed. The bathrooms are exceptional. The staff is excellent. If you arrive by taxi, do not be put off by the fact that the entrance by taxi is in an alley – the front entrance connects to a pedestrianized street that cars can’t get to.

Perfect Hotel - Perfect Location

We had an amazing stay. Best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! Pancakes cooked to order, to die for (free - no extra charge) and a fabulous buffet selection. Super friendly staff and perfect central location. Our room at the back of the hotel was so quiet, had perfect sleep no noise at all.

Beautiful Central Hotel

Amazing first time experience at both Hotel and millennium Stadium…such a prime central location. On issue not at all linked with the hotel is the city ctrs v busy roads, which include lots of bus lanes which aren’t obvious, hence receiving a fine/ticket a few days later! Apart from this, perfection at its best and would definitely stay there again :)
