The room was too close to the access door and when opened was banging and waking us up, the were no hangers, suit case frame, sink plug broken and mirror light failed. Not what you would expect from a IHG hotel!

Hotel entrance is through a dingy back street. Blink and you miss it, if like me you drive directly to the hotel and it says you’ve arrived. The young man was very helpful when I called to ask for a car park. No parking so you have to use the NCP parking around the corner, which is only a few minutes walk away. Nice room and lovely large bathroom. The mini bar was complimentary. Rooftop bar is very tiny only two tables outside.

Very friendly polite staff and all really helpful and professional at all times. Our room was kept spotlessly clean throughout our three night stay, and everything we needed for an excellent breakfast each morning was available . We would definitely stay here again if we visit Cardiff in the future . Well done to all and many thanks again for making our stay really enjoyable.

I have stayed here in the past and it was great hence why I booked again, the only issue I had this time was that I was booked into a room that would be better suited to someone with disabilities, as it was a wet room, some of the toilet paper rolls got wet as they were in a poor chosen location. Aside from this very small problem that wasn’t a huge deal, more of a preference on my end. My stay was very comfortable
