we were charged 1200 pesos for a 5 min transfer from the air port to the hotel. On booking it was advertised that this was a courtesy transfer but in flight the hotel sent an email advising of the cost which we didn't receive until we had undertaken the transfer. We were not advised of the cost by the driver. We caught a taxi from the hotel to the airport for 100 peso the next morning. This appears to be a clear ripoff by the hotel.

Location offers several dining options. Local shopping amenities available as well. Does not offer airport transportation shuttle as listed on Expedia. Walkable to Runway Manila for those that do not require handicap assistance. Issues with key card to room. Took three different requests before key card was reprogrammed. Unfortunate as elderly family member needed to use comfort room. Front desk manager eventually got involved and compensated with breakfast meals for inconvenience. Appreciate view of airport terminal 3.

Staff was fantastic and the breakfast was amazing. It’s super close to terminal 3 and easy to get there. The only thing that was lacking was the bathroom size. Getting around the door to get to the shower or sink was a bit of a struggle. Besides that…great place. We will stay there again.
