we were charged 1200 pesos for a 5 min transfer from the air port to the hotel. On booking it was advertised that this was a courtesy transfer but in flight the hotel sent an email advising of the cost which we didn't receive until we had undertaken the transfer. We were not advised of the cost by the driver. We caught a taxi from the hotel to the airport for 100 peso the next morning. This appears to be a clear ripoff by the hotel.

It was noisy where we’re at because of the construction going on right infront of our room. It was bad enough at daytime but then they were were also working at night time. Took videos because we just don’t come in and make bad reviews without reasonable cost. When we complained about it, we were asked if we wanted to transfer to another room. My thing however is, why would you put us in a room where you know there’s construction going on right at the very front of it in the first place. Not really happy about that.

Excellent place to stay near the airport, buffet breakfast and you can order grab ride, just download the app, made you cheaper ride. If you have lots if money you can book also the hotel rides. Over all, excellent!

Savoy hotel is my go to before I head to NAIA airport. It’s right across the Main Street and walkable after. Or a 5min grab. Great location with many food options. Staff is great! Only issue is sometimes check-in can be long. There are many foreigners in the area as it’s close to airport.

Lovely hotel would highly recommend. The swimming pool is actually outdoor but looks indoor. It is quite a lot in the shade but the sun does get through the high sides. Theres a lot around the hotel, shopping and food options. Hotel is beautiful and clean.

Savoy is very nice and we are coming back soon. I only have 1 issue and that is the drink selection on the breakfast buffet. Every breakfast buffet I have enjoyed in the Philippines always has at least one of the following drinks available = Orange, Pineapple or Mango juice. This needs to be addressed, as of our stay the options are so limited and are all bad except for water.

What a pleasant surprise! I chose Savoy because the price was right. It far exceeded my expectations. We needed just an overnight stay and Savoy was so close to MNL that we were able to walk there from the airport in about 20 minutes. The room was small, but super clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed for a one night layover. And we paid for the breakfast option, which was worth every penny and more. Staff was so very kind and friendly. 5 star experience at a bargain price.
