Lovely hotel.

Amazing hotel, one small issue, we asked for twin beds, we’d had it confirmed online and on check in, but we had a double bed, no major issue so didn’t say anything as a massive bed x my son and I are used to sharing a bed in Disney lol Very central and friendly staff x

Lovely hotel and very welcoming although booked tree view room didn’t get the view I booked but not having not stayed here before wasn’t sure what the room situations were when explained this to the desk the next morning the lovely receptionists was very apologetic and said her manger will ring me back about it havent heard anything back as yet. The room we did stay in was lovely and the bed was comfy to sleep in would defo come back again just double check when checking in you love got the right room.

Rooms showing signs of needing updating, initial room didnt have A/C /heating working, so we were upgraded to a junior suite. A/C and heating worked in new room but no radiators or heating situated in the bathroom which seemed strange in this day and age. Also shower showing signs of needing a refurb quite mouldy in places. Room sofas looked well used and in need of an update. Bed wasnt the comfiest, had better recently in a Premier Inn. Lobby area and bar spotlessly clean and staff were extremely helpful in both areas as always.

The hotel was ok but not 4-5 stars ,the health suite was awful, we booked this hotel because of the health suite as our son has used it before, the health suite was tired, the jacuzzi was broken and has been for 4 plus months, the steam room had either no or very little steam, and the pool was really cold way below the levels it should be (we have our own pool so know the regular temperatures) we spoke to numerous people who all said it was really cold and some were members who regularly go there

The hotel is beautifully presented with great facilities. That being said, one of those 'Facilities ' is a Entertainment venue which it appears on a Saturday night has loud music until 3am. There is not mention of this when you check in or book. The staff said that they would have moved us to another room, but who wants to do that middle of the night when you just want to get to sleep ?

Had to move rooms as the initial room didn’t seem to have heat working properly which was strange, moved to an accessible room which are not really my favourite but it was just for the night so fine. Parking across the road is convenient and they validate at the hotel. Otherwise all good

Great hotel but Jacuzzi is not actually available.

Lovely hotel in a great location, superb rooms and really relaxed atmosphere. You'll have to pay for parking or know the city and park for free 15min walk away. Pool was great but the big let down was the jacuzzi wasnt working and it one of the reasons I chose the hotel over another close by. Didn't see any clear notice of this when booking or prior to arrival, that it would be out if action.
