The hotel was clean and had everything i needed to sleep in a clean comfortable place. Easy walk to the city center so the location was great. Staff were friendly and attentive. Glad i chose this hotel.

had a great stay at Easy Hotel in Cardiff. True to its name, it’s a really easy and convenient place to stay. The location is fantastic, making it perfect for exploring the city. I spent two wonderful nights there, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel offers comfortable accommodations at a great value. Overall, my experience was brilliant, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, comfortable stay in Cardiff.

Great Value & Location, But B Prepared 4A SnugStay

Overall: A solid choice for a budget-conscious couple who prioritizes location over luxury and plans to be out exploring the city. My partner and I recently stayed at the easyHotel in Cardiff for a weekend break, and it was an experience with some real highs and a few things to be aware of. The Good Points for a Couple: Unbeatable Location: You really can't get much better for the price. We were just a short walk from everything we wanted to see – the main shopping streets, Cardiff Castle, and plenty of great restaurants and bars. It made exploring the city on foot incredibly easy and saved us a lot of time and hassle. Clean and Comfy Bed: After a long day of sightseeing, the bed was a welcome sight. It was very comfortable, and the room itself was spotlessly clean. The blackout curtains also meant we got a great night's sleep. Friendly Staff: The reception staff were always welcoming and friendly, happy to offer recommendations and answer any questions we had. Excellent Value: We were really impressed with how affordable our stay was, especially given the prime location. It allowed us to spend more of our budget on activities and meals out. What to Consider Before You Book: The Rooms Are Very Small: When they say "compact," they mean it! For a couple, it was a squeeze. There was very little floor space once our two small bags were in the room, and there's no wardrobe, just a few hooks on the wall. No Frills, Literally: There are no extras here.

I think the stay was good for what we payed, but the room was considerably small, it didn’t feel like the safest area. It was very minimal. It would have been nice to have a glass for some water or something at least.

This hotel is terrible. We paid £76 for the night to not get any sleep at all due to the banging. The room was tiny and they didn't even give us a cup for water. There is no kettle or anything in the room which doesn't matter to us much. The staff made us very uncomfortable. The bed was awful and there was hairs on the bed. When we complained they said there was nothing they could do. Luckily hotels.com customer service helped but I would save your money and go elsewhere. It is awful! There was banging all night.

Clean but sooo small

Very clean, bathroom cramped but good shower and all very clean. Aircon works well. But the room is tiny, barely big enough for the double bed. One bathtowel, no hand towel. Two coat hangers, but no shelving. No kettle for tea or coffee. It's ok as a place to crash for the night, if you get a good price.
