Top quality in a top location

Receptionist was very friendly on check in. Room was clean and spacious with a lovely view. Bed was comfy, shower was hot though being tall the rainfall shower head was a bit low. Slept very well despite a party going on downstairs. Breakfast was good quality, with plenty of choice, though they did run out of some of the hot food and there was a bit of a wait to refill. Pool area was nice, plenty of room and multiple wellness facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, hydrotherapy), though could do with more chairs/places to leave towels and robes.

Ideal location to explore Cardiff Bay. Large room which also had a balcony that looked across to Penarth and the wider bay , which was a bonus , fabulous view. Expensive , but you get what you pay for.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning waterfront views of Cardiff Bay and the sleek, modern design of the hotel. Weekend break , group of 8 friends. Hotel very good. Nice room, spacious and view. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Disappointed that we were not able to use the restaurant and bar due to private function. We were told we could buy drinks from another bar where there was another function but had to sit in the open foyer. Only a few seats next to the entrance. Embarrassing infront of our invited guests to Wales. Also, car parking price extortionate. There is a nice spa.

Perfect!

Lovely hotel, perfect location in the heart of Cardiff Bay, only a 30 minute walk into Cardiff Central. Lovely big room with balcony and nice view. Buffet breakfast was really good! All members of staff were lovely.
