This is a timeshare - be warned.
Beautiful resort with subpar service. There were so many inconveniences during our trip. The man who checked us in, Jose, was rude and condescending. He failed to tell us that we would need to move rooms the next day until we had already gotten to our room and unpacked. Apparently, this is their policy for guest staying on Saturday. The only polite people were the bartenders and Linda, the lady trying to sell you a Timeshare. It was very clear that they only truly care about their “members.” Those paying $850+ a night don’t seem to matter. We will never return and travelers beware - there are so many much, much better places to stay.

Very quiet, calm and relaxing resort. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. I requested a beach front, ground floor room and that’s what I got! Such friendly staff.. AI food and drinks were decent. Kids club was nice for the kids but this is definitely a more calm/quiet place.

Underwhelming
Very underwhelming hotel. While having the rooms is nice there are not a lot of options for food and very little entertainment unless you go to the sister hotel which is a 20 minute round trip. We also left for the airport around 1230 and was trying to get my child lunch prior to leaving after checkout and there were 0 options for food between 11-12 so keep that in mind. Great staff just disappointed In the lack of options for everything that other hotels offer
