Located in las Americas mall, nice rooftop pool and view. Hotel charges $25 per night for kids over 11 years old. I found that disturbing considering you book for the amount of people with double beds shouldn’t be an up charge since you don’t get any Extra amenities for the cost. I’m vip platinum through Expedia and believed i got the worse room you could get. My view was the facing all the rooftop ac units. Room was ok, no fridge or microwave. I wouldn’t consider this a high end hotel although they charge for it

The staff is amazing ,very lovely and helpful especially the staff at the door! However, I find the property to be in very poor conditions. There were moldy floors in the bathroom and the pictures advertised did not match what we saw upon entry. I did not expect to literally stay inside the mall. Felt a bit cramped. The WiFi was great. Sometimes the shower ran cold. And the toilet paper was too rough for me! Ouch. The pillows were too hard. The pool was okay. Safe to say it’s great if you are just resting your head for business but not very relaxing for a vacation.
