We experienced multiple service and maintenance issues during our stay, especially concerning basic comfort and housekeeping. On the first night, our room did not have proper blankets, which made it very difficult to sleep. When we requested blankets, we were initially given sheets instead, and one of them was damp. During the stay, housekeeping was inconsistent, and one day the room was not serviced at all. Additionally, the air conditioning system did not function properly — the control panel was damaged, the temperature display was unreadable, and the AC kept blowing cold air regardless of the setting. We were traveling with children, and these repeated issues significantly affected our comfort and rest. Overall, the service did not meet expectations for this category of hotel.

I would pick a different hotel. Pros: food is good, the rooftop pool and bar are managed ok, and the room is OK. Cons: poor service at the front desk, our room was 2h late to check in after multiple complaints- didn’t get a check in until 5:30pm and seems like this is standard, they do not have enough cleaning staff, our room was never cleaned for two days and they didn’t even get to our room to clean it until 7pm the final day, it is a 15-20 min walk to the beach (stay on the other side of the street at many other hotels like Westin or aqua and you get beach access but not here), breakfast is good but they are understaffed so it takes forever to get coffee or a seat, the key to our room never worked and we had to change it 5x.

Didn’t expect early check-in at noon, said should be good at 2pm, us & another couple requested same floor. Returned after 2; friend’s room ready, ours in an hour (still not clean yet). Another hour passed, missing out on roof top pool, still not ready, can get room on another floor. Fine. Tried to go to friend’s room to retrieve our bags via elevator. Swipe card needed to run elevator. Nothing. After a few attempts, lights went out in elevator. By myself! Finally got lights to come on, opened in lobby. NOW the clerk tells me it won’t open on another floor of rooms. Now you tell me! Frustrating situation
