My family had a great time the kids enjoyed the waterpark. House keeping was daily. Staff friendly and accommodative. Caribbean restaurant had the best food. Other restaurants food needed seasoning. Drink mixes were diluted and the bathroom needed minor repairs.

Intimate, not a big one, great memories for our family/grandchildren since 2010. Great services, discreet and effective. Clean white beach good activities. Great for older guests middle aged younger and children. Good shows. We will be back again

We thought the food was delicious. The meats were tender, veggies very good. Variety was good at the buffet.Ostria restaurant was great. Alcohol varieties were limited unless you paid more. Rooms are big and spacious but we ended up with a pipe leaking from our wall and had to switch rooms.Some had fridges, some didnt. Some had coffee pots others didnt. Location was okay if you used Uber.

Listen... DO NOT COME HERE!!! This was a surprise birthday trip for my father and i wanna apologize for taking him on this miserable experience. The rooms are out dated, the service is sub-par, the beach has soo much seaweed that the clean by hand everyday and it's really not ideal as the beaches are super rocky. I'm currently staying here got here on 8-3-2025 leaving 12-3-2025. I had to switch my room 3 times. The first time was because the room was dirty like bigs in the sheets a gross couch, the kitchen counter was sticky like there were kids with a ton of juice, and the fridge wasn't working and we had a key safe. in 2025 a key safe is wild. The switched us to a new room this time on the first floor which I expressed I didn't want but they said that's all they had, mind you this is after I paid for the ocean view upgrades. Also they say it's and all inclusive resort but it's not. Certain liqour they consider top self like (Captain Morgan. Jack Daniel's, and Bacardi which is normally standard at any resort. Then you have to pay to get un upgrade gold bracelet which is extra per. person per day, trust get your own bottle at the duty free, because the alcohol here gave me the worst headache of my life. The food is very limited even the buffet doesnt have bacon in the morning. Lastly, this morning a pipe burst from the tub on the second floor running and I woke up to the smell of sewer and mold. I called at 6:45am and waited an hour, still nobody came

Overall, this place was good! For a cheaper resort, you can’t complain - you’re getting what you pay for. The beach was great- beautiful sand and seaweed cleaned daily. We were able to get cabanas or chairs if we went in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon too. The water park is a blast for the kids, although it is dated it is still very fun. My biggest tip is to bring water shoes because the non slip type cement is hard on the feet. The pools were great too! The food was good. Not great but good! My kids were always satisfied with the buffet options and we were fine with them. Nothing was “oh my god this is so good” worthy but it was all good. Lots of fresh fruit, salad bars, omeltte stations and traditional Mexican food. We got reservations at the evening dinner service one night and it took two hours, the food was very bland and the service was poor so we cancelled our second night there and ate at the buffet instead. The staff is all outstanding and very helpful, we always felt very safe at the resort at all times, housekeeping was great and kept the rooms clean and brought extra blankets when needed. There were kayaks available to use, the bars served great drinks and the snack shacks were great to have for the kids who really just wanted fries and hot dogs. The snack shack over at the water park was better than the main one too, it had some veggies and more options. Overall, for a family vacation on a budget if you’re not picky it’s great!

They was lizard in our room that we couldn’t sleep at night. The food was disgustin and limited for people who doesn’t eat pork. We had to change the hotel for the rest of our vacation me and my wife. I demand a reimbursement of the stay at All Ritmo resort. The pictures we saw on the Expedia website was not the same when you see in reality. Mediocre

Prior booking check Google reviews. My stay at Hotel All Ritmo was deeply disappointing. Despite some initial attempts to address concerns (like minibar stocking), the experience was far below expectations. The advertised dining options were misleading, with limited availability and repetitive, low-quality food. No 5 restaurants, only 1 functional buffet (with repetitive food) the Gondola(Italian) is the snack bar (limited snacks and at night only sandwiches and salad. After 10/11 no longer service). The snack bar at the water park is the same limited snacks (i.e.burgers, fries) and the Ostras is the only good option but limited seating, and some evenings not available. Accessibility was a major problem, with no elevator and inadequate ramp access, leading to difficulties and injuries. Many advertised amenities were lacking, including reliable internet, a functional hot tub, and the promised variety in dining. The water park had closures, and the hotel's overall condition was poor(patio siting limited and damage, the pool and building with broken pieces), with damaged facilities and watered-down drinks. I strongly advise against staying here.

We recently stayed at ALL RITMO for 4 days and as many reviews say the food is very limited to say the least. The resort is an older resort but still has a lot to offer. Our room was clean and the AC was always cold and hot water was great in shower. The beach was clean daily and the BAR and staff were great!!We reccomend the $20 upgrade on drinks here but would go off site for all food options. We won't return mainly because the food just was not there for us the rest of the resort was ea expected older location but still we had a relaxing trip

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities

The pictures for this hotel seem dated as the condition was much worse than expected. There is no Wifi in your rooms (only in the lobby). The food was ok, but my biggest complaint was the poor attitude of many workers. I found that about 1/3 of the staff were not very friendly at all. The play park was a bit sketchy with rust and the mini golf was not even open. Overall i would not pick this again.

Old style noisy outdated property, great beach, helpful Frontdesk staff, good security, probably safe, outdated room furniture, some hallway corners smell mold,low quality Buffett and meals options, little entertainment, nice Mexican colourful lobby.

They don’t variate the food also in the photos the hotel looks pretty but when you see it in person you would definitely disagree.
