While many reviews have noted that this is an older resort, it's worth reiterating. One downside was the resort’s practice of rinsing and reusing single-use drink cups, which felt unhygienic. The food options were typical of a budget all-inclusive — fairly generic and uninspired. If you consider yourself a foodie, you’ll likely end up wanting to dine elsewhere, and unfortunately, the resort’s location makes eating out quite inconvenient. Overall, if you're seeking a true all-inclusive experience, I would recommend investing in a resort at least double the price. On the other hand, if your goal is to explore, stay active, and sample local cuisine, it would be better to skip the all-inclusive model altogether and book a regular hotel instead.

The property needs improvement. It has potential but needs work. The buffet was awful. Food was not what I expected at all. I need a lot of excursions so never stayed on the resort much. But will not be going back. Customer service was also poor.

Stayed here for one week with my 2 children 10 and 8 and had a great time. I’m from UK. It was advertised as a 4-star but is 3 star. It is a no thrills hotel with everything you need, toiletries, towels, bottles of water, pool located to games room, next to pool bar for parents, which is all by the beach, which is great to keep an eye on your kids at all times. The water park is rusty not dirty and a lot of fun and separate so can have a change of scenery. Again this is located next to pool loungers and bar and football pitch, basketball court. Staff were really friendly and helpful, it wasn’t too crowded, and well located for trips to chichen itza, Cenotes and Isla mujeres . As it is very affordable, we were able to leave the hotel for a night and stay in Tulum for the ruins and Xel-Ha (brilliant btw). Food was ok. I’m not a fan of the big AI resorts liked that most guests were Mexican.

Stayed 10 nights here. Resort was clean, friendly, and food was good. Walking distance to smaller Mayan ruins is approximately a 10 min walk and 50 pesos per person to enter the location. The resort had live entertainment and they also did lots for the kids on a daily basis. Lots of activities for the kids. I would recommend this resort for family’s who want to be away from the party see.

The staff was amazing and their view was great too, overall had a wonderful experience. Food was great, drinks can have some improvement with an addition of non alcoholic options. Had a great time there

The food sucks the drinks water down boring entertainment the bathroom had mole on the walls in shower the curtains had mole all over them rust fridge. It felt like i was in a motel. Smh

Many people say very negative things about All Ritmo but the hotel is absolutely great. Maybe its not the most modern but it has everything you need and is very clean. The food was also delicious and staff were very hepful and super nice. The best part was the room with a view at the marina absolutely stunning and very calming. Overall great place for a holiday on a budget!
