A good place to stay
This is a convenient hotel to stay at. Right off the freeway. Only downside is pulling out the parking lot because its on a busy road. Its easy to get mixed up at the light because it goes directly to the freeways. I always enjoy my stay and staff is friendly and very helpful. Ive never had any issues and never experience any noise.

The lobby has a powdery perfume smell, and I was not expecting a strong European influence (paintings on the wall, decorations. The room was huge but had dim lighting. I was not expecting a jacuzzi tub, but that was a plus. The customer service could have been better but it was the evening.

The only thing that was a teeny tiny is was our truck wouldn't fit in the parking garage with our show bikes in the back. So we had to park across the street and ride the bikes over then park the truck. Other than that the hotel was beautiful. They even have room service!! Great location easy check in and friendly staff. We will be back!

No breakfast, terrible! No safe box!!!!! Terrible! The desk is terrible No free bottles of drinking water!!!!! All offered at where we have always stayed, while visiting our son living in Campbell, like Bristol Hotel, or other ones within the same price range.
