We stayed in an executive suite on the 7th level for 3 nights, and enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast. As well, we appreciated that the room was cleaned each day and their turn down service was an added touch as well. Only complaints are that the water turned cold for 2 of my showers and the water didn’t get hot enough a couple of times as well. The food and drinks in the lounge restaurant were very good. We also noted that the tv internet wasn’t working for one of the rooms we stayed in. The reception desk clerk wasn’t very friendly upon check in and seemed irritated and annoyed with me for whatever reason.

Overall noisy hallway with people talking. Then at 1am what sounded like a large heating / AC fan shocked both of us awake and kept making this horrible noise every ten minutes for the rest of the night. People at the front desk seemed to have little interest to be able to fix this. Said he would mention it to management.NEVER staying there again!!!!

Blackfoot has always been an underrated property. Its location seems a bit isolated being on the edges of retail/industrial. Other than that it’s a very authentic and classy operation.

Don't have breakfast there

The food was terrible for breakfast, first morning we ate there and the other two mornings we went to a different resturant for breakfast. That where was 190 of us for the Youg living annual convention/training. The convention room was stiffling hot, everyone and I mean everyone was complaining about it, even after mentioning it to staff, It never improved. We were in that room for two full days out of the 3 nights we stayed. The temperature in the individule rooms was fine and adjustable. I am letting HQ know,that my whole downline felt the same way. I booked few of the rooms for our group. The breakfast was so disappointing. You felt forced to eat it as you had no time to go anywhere else.
