One night stay

The staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. There was one minor disappointment, we were unable to get more blankets from the front desk cause no one was there for quite a while. Also, the phone in our room did not work, it was unable to call the front desk.

The pictures make the property look like a hidden gem. It is not. Very deceptive. The elevator stopped working with my family in it. No response when we called for help. One of our rooms the heater did not work at all. The 3rd bed, the couch pull out, had no bedding or blankets Half of the lights did not work.

Unfortunately this property has gone downhill since I stayed there a few years ago. They have lots of construction going on because the building is just getting too old. I witnessed someone trying to break into a car one of the nights I stayed there. Will not be returning again.

Restroom door would not close had no privacy called and no one came to fix the issue my husband ask for a screw driver to help fix it but the door was stuck rooms smells old control had one battery no tv in second room no sheets or pillows for sofa bed had to walk down late at night and they were out of pillows you can’t call the office from the hotel room

Our first night there was homeless transient in the parking lot. Room that was first given to us, room key did not work, so they switched our rooms. New room smelled like cigarettes when it was supposed to be non smoking. Last two night when we returned from the park, our room key was deactivated. We were stuck outside in the cold with our 5 and 12 year old daughter, while there were homeless transients around the property which was completely unsafe. We called about the heater not working in our room and it was never addressed. Our last night, the guest next door to us banged on the door for hours. We called the front desk to complain and nothing was done. This was a horrible experience.

The hotel is really run down, our first room had a toilet with such low water flow it wouldn’t flush. The pull out couch didn’t have sheets or a blanket. The room was humid. There was no temperature control in the rooms. Most of the furniture was damaged. You can tell at some point it was a nice hotel but that was probably 20 years ago. Won’t be staying here again.
